Seattle Townhouse with a View from the Tub
April 6, 2010 by Rebecca
Soaking in your bath tub after a long day at work, do you ever yearn for a view of your city’s major landmarks to accompany your soak? I do, too! And luckily I’ve found the perfect townhouse for us.
This Queen Anne Seattle townhouse was “built to take full advantage of the views” (i.e., on a steep hill). Living in San Francisco has made me mightily suspicious of homes with views–I prefer not to have a heart attack carrying groceries home–but still, this place is lovely.
4 bdrm/2 bath, with a fireplace and a deck. Currently listed at $925K, down from $1.05M last summer. Maybe the steep location is keeping this place from moving, and since the seller bought it for $369K in 2004, I guess they have time to wait for it to sell. [View on Redfin]
