Gwyneth Paltrow’s Obscenely Nice Downtown Digs

I don’t do a lot of celebrity real estate coverage, but there are a couple celebs like Nicholas Cage (a walking real estaster!) and Gwyneth Paltrow that are just so ostentatious I can’t help myself.

You may recall my recent coverage of Gwyneth Paltrow’s “humble” Nashville apartment renovation. Needless to say, it was far from humble. Along with a slew of other properties, she and her hubby Chris Martin maintain a stunning pied-a-terre in Manhattan.

According to Real Estalker, the Tribeca penthouse was purchased in March 2007 for $5.1 million. It was then gut renovated in 2008, and what we’re left with is the real estate emanation of the heavenly glow which surely surrounds Ms Paltrow wherever she goes.
